This customer's kids accidentally placed hot candle materials on the top of this Bombay Chest which pulled off both the finish and the color.  There were also numerous scratches and dents in the top of the chest.  The challenge here was to maintain the hand-crafted decorative decals in each corner and the characteristic finish.  This required  air brushing, along with “antique brushing” and new topcoat finishing.
